**Extrusion Supervisor (PVC Pipes)**

**Job description**

**Qualification**:Diploma/Degree/ITI or or equal experience

**Experience: 10 **years experience in extrusion machine operation in PVC pipe production line

Person should be belongs 100 km radius from Roorkee

**Salary**: Upto **6.5** LPA

**Role & responsibilities**
- Able to handle PVC extruder machine independently.
- Should have good knowledge about processing parameters.
- Cleanliness of the Extruders and the related accessories like Tool, Cutter, Unit and Haul Off Should be the first priority before leaving the work place.
- Socketing Area Should be Cleared from the damaged Pipe, should be maintained all the time before leave the work place.
- Tools Allocation with Proper insulation and conservation should be maintained accordingly.
- Use the Grease and Oil at the NUT Bolts when assembling the DIE and DIE Head.
- Conduct periodically different quality checking like Dimensions (Wall Thickness, OD, Total Length and Socket Length and ID), Finishing and Print.
- Check and record different Process Parameter like Temperature, Pressure before starting and follow throughout the shift.
- Once get Job Order check the requirements before starting Production like Man, Material and Machine availability
- Work under the guidance of Supervisor to perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner.
- Record Neatly and keep different document for ISO Audit like, Production Report, Inline Inspection report, Machine Parameter, Maintenance requisition record.
- Troubleshoot maintain and make minor repair in machine. If can't handle then transfer to Maintenance dept with written request.
- Keep tools and fittings in proper position after use.
- Control wastage and increase production efficiency
- Before receiving machine from former operator checks machine and Production conditions.
- Ensure all equipment are maintained and working in good condition.

Temperature inputs on the machine should be accordingly and you should know for the each and every size as you are the responsible for the following production.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
