**Job description**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, qualifications, and competencies for open positions.
- Stay up-to-date on current recruitment trends and techniques to continually improve the recruiting process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring practices.
- Build relationships with the best talent available in the US IT & Software industry.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding the world of US IT & Software recruitment, and hiring best practices.
- Willingness to work the night shifts in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of US tax terminologies.
- Experience in contract hiring.

**Nice to have skills and experience**
- Ability to use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms, etc.) or related software.
- Good knowledge of Google Voice call, Amazon connect, CRM and, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Good knowledge of job portals like (Indeed, LinkedIn, Zip recruiter, Dice and, monster).

**Education**

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (preferred).
