**Job Title**: US IT Recruiter
**Location**: Mohali, Phase 8B
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1-3Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for a variety of technical positions including software developers, data analysts, system administrators, network engineers, and other IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies for each role.
- Use job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Monster, etc.),
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in IT recruitment and the IT industry.
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and internal recruitment processes.
**Required Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical roles in various industries.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, IT roles, and technologies
- Hands-on experience using job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Monster) and other recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of US visa processes (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes at once.
- Proactive approach to sourcing and networking with IT talent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience recruiting for both contract and permanent IT roles.
- Experience in recruiting for US-based clients.
