**Job Title: Field Officer**

**Qualification**:

**Product: JLG (Joint Liability Group)**

This refers to a lending model where individuals, often from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, form small groups to access microloans. Members of the group are jointly responsible for loan repayment, fostering a sense of accountability and support within the community.

**Responsibility**:

- **Enabling Business Growth in Assigned Territories**: The primary responsibility of a Field Officer is to facilitate the expansion of business operations within the designated areas. This may involve identifying potential clients, building relationships with them, and promoting the JLG product to meet business targets.

**Experience**:

- **0-1 Years in MFI (Freshers Welcome)**: While prior experience of up to one year in a similar role within a Microfinance Institution (MFI) is preferred, freshers are also encouraged to apply. This suggests that the employer is willing to provide training and support to individuals who may be new to the field.

**Location**:

- **Coimbatore (Sundarapuram)**: The position is based in Coimbatore, specifically in the Sundarapuram area. Field Officers would operate within this geographical area, establishing a presence and conducting business activities as required.

**Salary**:

- **Basic: ₹15,000/Month**: The basic salary offered for this position is ₹15,000 per month. This is the fixed amount that the employee will receive as compensation for their work.
- **Fuel Allowance: ₹3,000/Month**: Additionally, Field Officers are entitled to a fuel allowance of ₹3,000 per month. This is meant to cover the expenses associated with using a personal vehicle for work-related travel, such as fuel costs.
