- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Territory Management: Maintaining records of leads, accounts, and sales activity within their assigned territory.

- Reporting:

- Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
