**Designation**: Customer Service Associate

**Reporting**:General Manager Sales & Marketing

**Age**: 25+

**Education; **Graduate

**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai

**Working Time; **9:30AM TO 6PM

**Working Day's; **Monday to Saturday (Alternative saturdays are off)

**Gender**:Female/Male

**CTC; **6LPA

**Role**:

- Point of contact for sales and marketing related calls and product information.
- Responsible for assisting Sales Managers with their work.
- Ensuring contact with current and previous customers. Making regular calls as per the data base
- Sending prices to customers on behalf of GM
- Handling calls and responding to queries received by GM
- Ensuring the GM’s back end sales work is taken care of when he/she is on field or customer visits
- Maintaining, monitoring and analysing order levels and studying reason for the same and updating GM on monthly basis.
- Ensuring preparing of Invoices, shipping documentation, dispatch orders, sales orders is done in a timely manner by the Sales coordinators
- Coordinate with factory about dispatch planning and status for received orders and report to GM
- Handle customer query regarding dispatches
- Send customer shipment details
- Execute all back end sales work for the GM
- Must take full responsibility of ensuring orders are executed on time
- Inform GM about delays in dispatches, transporter issues, etc
- Point of contact for all sales related inquiries received on the landline for the GM
- Good MIS knowledge and should know how to work with data on excel
- To handle Indian as well as International Clients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
