Job description for Sales associate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing, ensuring all stages are effectively handled.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales process.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with other sales team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Training and Development**:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product understanding.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- **Attributes**: Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve sales goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
