As a Inside sales representative, you will be crucial in promoting and selling these comprehensive solutions to medical practitioners, focusing on client acquisition retention and building solid and lasting relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Presenting Value Proposition**:_ Effectively demonstrate the benefits of client product's offerings, including cloud/SaaS-based technology products and services, to medical practitioners, doctor groups, and hospitals.
- _**Lead Management**:_ Execute and track the inside sales process, ensuring all leads are nurtured towards successful outcomes and targets.
- _**Reporting**:_ Provide regular sales activity reports and progress updates every week.
- _**Sales Processes**:_Utilize appropriate sales processes and CRM tools (such as Zoho suite) to enhance rackability, productivity, and accountability.
- _**Collaboration**:_ Work closely with product and marketing teams to drive sales outcomes and align them with marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- _**Experience**:_ (2+ years for Associate; 4+ years for Senior Associate in B2B/B2C) of experience in inside sales for SaaS-based products and services, preferably in healthcare.
- _**Language**:_Hindi and English mandatory at proficient level and any other language known will be an added advantage.
- _**Proven Success**:_ A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- _**Sales Expertise**:_ In-depth experience with the end-to-end inside sales process, including collaborating with Marketing teams to pursue leads generated through campaigns and other channels.
- _**Communication Skills**:_ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients.
- _**Work Ethic**:_A relentless drive to succeed and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- _**Adaptability**:_ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- _**Sales Skills**:_Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- _**Education**:_ Graduate degree.
- _**Industry Experience**:_ Experience in the healthcare industry with a solid understanding of solutions for doctors and hospitals is an added advantage.
- _**Startup Experience**:_ A successful sales track record with healthcare startups in India is highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month

- Nanakramguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
