Job Title: Inside Sales Associate (ISA)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain healthcare training programs and services effectively.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through persuasive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track lead progress.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and conversions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer acquisition preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-driven with a passion for sales

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
