We are Hiring Student Operations Executive. PFB the details:
Utilize your extensive experience in upselling to achieve assigned targets.
Maintain records of student interactions, process student requests, and file documents.
Manage both new and existing students, evaluating and resolving student issues.
Collect and analyze student feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Provide proactive student outreach and escalate requests when necessary, facilitating team communication.
Analyze various platforms to suggest new opportunities and improvements.
Maintain personal discipline and create a pleasant work environment for the team.
Collaborate as a team player with a positive attitude, actively engaging with cross-functional teams to resolve student queries.
Take ownership of tasks and work independently with mínimal supervision.
Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities, assessing all options before making decisions.
Thrive in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate outstanding negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.

**Competencies and Skills Required**:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Prior experience in upselling/sales is essential.
Persuasively engage students to ensure payment, maintaining a win-win approach.
Effective listening and active problem-solving abilities.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to handle assigned tasks.
Strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications: Graduate
Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: Day Shift

**Salary**: Upto 5 lpa

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
