**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Implement and contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the company.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and key accounts.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.
- **Operations Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and work with relevant departments to optimize stock management and minimize waste.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient operational procedures and workflows.
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant food safety standards and regulations.
- Participate in forecasting and planning processes to align operations with sales objectives.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English Speaking
- Freshers with qualifications in sales, marketing, and business development are eligible as well
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales and/or operations role within the Food industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the food warehousing market dynamics, distribution channels, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
