**Overall Responsibility**: As a Sales & Operations Executive at Hasiru Dala Innovations, your primary responsibility is to anchor and generate leads for our events waste management services. You will play a crucial role in executing these services during events, ensuring their success.

**Specific Responsibilities**:
Achieve growth and hit sales targets on a month-on-month basis: You will be responsible for driving the growth of our events waste management services by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your proactive efforts in generating new leads and closing deals will contribute to the overall success of the company.

Design and implement a strategic plan: You will develop and execute a strategic plan that aims to expand our customer base and strengthen our presence in the events waste management market. By identifying opportunities for growth, exploring new markets, and adapting to market shifts, you will help us stay ahead in the market.

Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships: A key aspect of your role is to establish and nurture strong relationships with our customers. By understanding their specific needs and challenges, you will effectively partner with them, offering tailored solutions and ensuring their satisfaction. Building trust and maintaining a high level of customer loyalty will be critical to your success.

Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports: You will prepare comprehensive sales, revenue, and expenses reports, providing valuable insights to the management team. Your forecasts and data-driven analysis will assist in strategic decision-making and help monitor the financial performance of our events waste management services.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts: Staying updated on emerging trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities is essential. You will actively monitor the industry landscape, identify potential opportunities for expansion, and be aware of any new services or advancements that could impact our business. This market intelligence will be valuable for our long-term growth strategy.

Coordinate with the operations team and monitor events: Collaboration with the operations team is crucial to ensure the smooth execution of events waste management services. You will closely coordinate with the operations team to ensure effective planning, timely delivery, and high-quality service during events. In some cases, you may also be responsible for overall event monitoring, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field: A solid educational foundation in business administration or a related discipline will provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive: Prior experience as a successful sales representative or sales executive, preferably within the event management industry, will be highly advantageous.
- Committed to continuous learning: A growth mindset and a strong commitment to continuous learning are essential. The events waste management landscape is dynamic, and staying updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and customer preferences will enable you to adapt and succeed in this role.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively: Effective communication, presentation, and influencing skills are crucial in building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to credibly articulate the value of our services and influence decision-making will contribute to successful sales outcomes.
- Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close: You possess the skills and tenacity to drive the sales process, from initial planning and prospecting to successfully closing deals. Your ability to identify customer needs, tailor solutions, and negotiate effectively will be crucial in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
