**Job Summary**:
**Scope of Work and Responsibilities**:

- **Billing and Invoicing**: Generating accurate and timely invoices, managing billing cycles, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining organized billing records.
- **Bookkeeping Support**: Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and reconciliation of financial records under the guidance of the finance team.
- **Stock Checking and Inventory Management**: Conducting regular stock checks at warehouse locations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and reporting any discrepancies or low stock levels.
- **Warehouse Site Visits**: Performing periodic site visits to our warehouses to verify inventory, assess storage conditions, and ensure operational compliance. This may involve travel within the Mumbai region.
- **Data Management and Reporting**: Maintaining and updating databases, generating operational reports, and providing insights to improve efficiency.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing general administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for process improvement within back-office operations and proposing solutions.
- **Coordination**: Liaising with internal teams (e.g., sales, logistics) and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, warehouse staff) to ensure smooth operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
- **Other duties as assigned.**

**Qualifications**:

- Good English speaking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, etc
- 2-5 years of experience in a back-office, administrative, or operations support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for site visits within the Mumbai region.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
