**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Assist in creating sales strategies, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue generation.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful business strategies.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer requirements, and sales performance.
- Attend client meetings and follow up on sales inquiries to build lasting relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **Age limit**: 18 to 35 years.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of business development and market research.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus but not mandatory.
