**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our software products and services.
- Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls with prospective clients.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product information and answering questions.
- Conduct product demos and presentations over the phone or via video calls.
- Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and matching them with the appropriate software solutions.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of leads and sales activities.
- Close sales and meet sales targets and KPIs set by the team leader.
- Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer responses and competitive insights.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals and following up with customers to close deals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the software industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to engage customers over the phone.
- Ability to listen, understand customer needs, and effectively present solutions.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Ability to work independently and meet individual sales targets.
- Comfortable with cold calling and speaking to potential clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A positive and energetic attitude, with a passion for sales.
- Basic understanding of software products and solutions (training will be provided if necessary).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling software products or services is a plus.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and understanding of the software industry.
- Previous experience working with a sales team or in a target-driven environment is a bonus.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
