**Job Title**: Territory Sales Executive - Surgical Devices
**Location**: Bengaluru, Karnataka
**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Permanent
**Compensation**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
**Role Overview**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities and generating sales from hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers within the territory.
- Visit operation theatres regularly (minimum 4 days a week) to provide in-theatre support and engage in consultative selling.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with surgeons, purchase managers, and key healthcare decision-makers.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and support product trials to encourage adoption.
- Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and trends to inform sales strategy.
- Submit timely sales activity reports and maintain accurate data in CRM tools or trackers.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Biomedical Engineering**, **Pharmacy**, **Biotechnology**, or **Life Sciences**.
- 1 to 4 years of hands-on experience in **medical or surgical device sales**.
- Solid understanding of hospital systems and familiarity with surgical workflows and OT environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic area.
