**Areas of Responsibility**:

- Identify new customers & markets
- Generate new leads & convert to sales
- Visit existing & potential customers
- Respond to inbound inquiries
- Create, maintain and update database of customers
- Assist the Marketing Head in Sales Order execution for the work that may come from time to time in the department
- Analyse daily reports and arrange for necessary corrective and preventive actions
- Develop effective selling strategies
- Understand & respond to customer requests
- Documentation & File Maintenance
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements
- Assist the Superior in attending & customer visits for Sales & Marketing
- To plan for customers' visits local & outside

**Job Competencies**

**Knowledge**:Sales & Marketing knowledge about Rubber Products

**Skills**:Should be well versed in operating Microsoft office & have Good Analytical skills from tire industry, mining industry, construction equipment handling companies are preferred.

**Attitude**:Self Motivated Team Player with Interpersonal skills, Quick learner and good problem solving skills, Good written and verbal Communication

**Qualification and Age**:Fresher / B.Com, B.A. B.Sc. B. E. Mech, Age around 25 to 30 years, Experience - Fresher & 2 to 3 Years

**Immediate sub-ordinate level**:Trainee / Jr. Supervisor / Supervisor

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
