**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Strategy Development**:Formulate and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing into overall business plans.

**Campaign Management**:Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns.

**Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using various analytics tools.
Generate regular reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.

**SEO and Content Optimization**:Lead SEO efforts to improve website rankings and visibility in search engine results.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies.

**Social Media Management**:Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
Manage social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and paid advertising.

**Team Leadership and Collaboration**:Provide leadership and mentorship to digital marketing team members.

Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective campaigns.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, preferably in the IT industry.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical and project management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
