Job Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving the growth of sales for our company. Your goal is to identify sales prospects, understand customer needs, and convert those into sales opportunities. You will be working closely with the sales team to meet company sales targets and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients through research, networking, cold calling, and using other lead generation techniques.

Qualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Present company products/services to potential clients through calls and meetings.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Understand client needs and provide solutions that best fit those needs.

Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing the deal and post-sale follow-up.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales metrics and progress.

Negotiation & Closing: Ensure all sales are closed in line with company policies and pricing strategies.

Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes. Provide feedback to product teams based on client needs and market trends.

Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Manage and update the sales pipeline regularly.

Qualifications: Education: Any Bachelor’s degree

Proven experience in sales 1+ years

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with MS Office Suite.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

Attributes: Positive attitude with a passion for sales.

Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
