We are hiring Tele Caller for Ahmedabad location.

Experience : 1 - 4 Years.

Job Summary:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to take their feedback on the survey been conducted by our field team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Listen to customer needs and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English & Gujarati)

Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.

Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
