**Job description** Role: _Customer Service_ Department: _Service & Operations_ Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Location - Jamshedpur **Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via both voice and chat channels. - Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer queries, concerns, and requests. - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems and navigating our products/services. - Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while addressing customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize established guidelines and resources to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. - Document customer interactions, details, and resolutions accurately in the designated system. - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is a plus. - Proficiency in handling both voice and chat interactions. **Benefits**: Fresher - 13500 CTC PM Experience - 15000 CTC PM (Minimum 6 months of experience) **Shift**: 24*7 rotational, Flexible in night shift. **Age limit**: 18 to 35 Years **Interview Rounds**:HR Round->Operations Round->AI Versant Test->Client Round **Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Paid time off Schedule: - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Shift allowance **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required) **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) - Customer service: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Hindi (required) - English (required) Work Location: In person
