**Position Overview**: **Key Responsibilities**: Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues via calls. - Provide accurate, timely, and courteous responses to customer queries, concerns, and requests. - Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems and navigating our products/services. - Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while addressing customer concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. - Utilize established guidelines and resources to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. - Document customer interactions, details, and resolutions accurately in the designated system. - Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to escalate and resolve complex issues. **Qualifications**: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Fresher & Experience (minimum 6months in BPO) both can apply. **Benefits**: Fresher - 10,500 In hand Shift: 24*7 rotational shifts, Maximum time night shifts (Boys) Maximum upto 10 PM shifts (Females) Skill required: Can read and understand English. **Age limit**: 18 to 35 Years Interview Rounds: HR Round->Training Round->Operations Round->Versant Test Walk-in: Zone 1 Mall, Reliance smart bazaar building Plot no-1560, NH-33, 3rd floor, PO, PS, Mango, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand 831012 **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Night shift - Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: - Overtime pay - Performance bonus **Education**: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required) **Language**: - English (required) Work Location: In person
