**Designation-IT Support L2**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions.
- Perform regular system backups and monitor storage usage.
- Create and maintain documentation of network infrastructure and procedures.
- Monitor network links activity and performance
- Implement security measures to protect data from unauthorized access
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
- Train new users on company IT policies and procedures.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
- Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions Conduct remote troubleshooting
- Monitor Data Center Compliance.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional
- Report customer feedback and potential product requests help create technical documentation and manual.

Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Windows Servers, Desktops Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Coordination with Vendor/Suppliers for license/AMC renewals.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
- Basic knowledge of SIP trunking / VIOP / Cloud EPBX.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Windows Server administrator at Remote Sites. Knowledge of Lan, Wifi, and Network devices.
- Knowledge of IP networking, Switching protocols, security, and routing protocols Knowledge of Sonicwall Firewall
- Knowledge of RDP, AD server, DHCP server

**Education: Bachelors or Masters in IT**

**Communication: Excellent**

**Working Days: Monday-Friday and 2 Saturdays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
