We are looking for L2 SharePoint Support Administrator for Managed SharePoint Support project.

Role and responsibilities
- Review and monitor usage and health reports
- Managing SharePoint farms includes capacity planning, farm configuration, Backup/Restore, Patching/updates, migration planning and deployment of all Application & Farm Solutions
- Conduct Risk Assessment (Accept/ Mitigate/Avoid), activity plan, communication plan, RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) Matrix against stake holders.
- Performing RCA for resolved incidents and submitting reports to stake holders, taking preventing actions based on RCA.
- Co-ordinate with the Customer’s Infrastructure/DBA Team for setting up and configuring new SharePoint Farms to build new IT services as required by the Customer’s projects or initiatives.

Technical skills requirements
- Expertise in configuration of User Profile Service, Search Service, Web Application Service, App Domain, Distributed Cache, and other important services.
- Patching the SharePoint servers of all environments with latest updates and keeping its version in sync. Monitoring of all environment (Server Monitoring, Service Configuration, IIS, Drives, Usage, Timer Jobs etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- L2 Experience 3 -5 Years
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related science field or equivalent. In lieu of degree nine years (total) relevant experience will be considered
