Role: Exchange/O365 Administrator (SharePoint)

Location: New Delhi

The Role:
  • Administer and support SharePoint Online.
  • Manage site collections, permissions, content databases, and features to ensure effective collaboration and secure information sharing.
  • Work with business units to build and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor system health, usage, and performance using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and PowerShell.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, retention, and security policies.
  • Support integration with other M365 tools (e.g., Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint functionality.
  • Assist in migrating legacy content to SharePoint Online using tools like ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access, workflows, and document management.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint features and updates.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 6–10 years of experience in SharePoint administration (Online and/or on-premises).
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collection administration, and content management.
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerShell for SharePoint management and automation.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for building workflows and business apps.
  • Solid understanding of permissions management, document libraries, metadata, and versioning.
  • Experience with content migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft Migration Manager).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have):
  • Microsoft Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • ITIL Foundation or experience working within IT service management frameworks
