Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in IT Operations with at least 2 years in
Netcool administration and support .
Strong working knowledge of
OMNIbus ObjectServer ,
Impact policies , and
WebGUI configurations .
Experience with custom probe configuration and log/event ingestion (SNMP, syslog).
Familiarity with integration of Netcool with ITSM tools like
ServiceNow
or
Remedy .
Proficient in scripting (Shell, Perl, or JavaScript) for automation and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of incident management, problem management, and change control processes (ITIL framework).
Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially under pressure
