**Position Summary**:
After having a great success in the online marketplace management, Upriver Ecommerce is now strengthening its performance marketing team to service its clients on their D2C websites.
We are looking for experienced Performance Marketing Managers who will be directly responsible for acquiring and retaining customers on the client’s website by driving traffic through well-known platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, Taboola etc. One thing we promise is a steep learning curve and immense growth opportunities if you have the willingness to learn & assume responsibilities. We’re looking for hustlers who have a passion for e-commerce.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead digital performance marketing through Facebook, Google, LinkedIn and other acquisition channels.
- Developing a complete digital media strategy for the brand to enhance its positioning and brand awareness.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Ensure unified messaging, consistent branding, and collaboration across all marketing and communication strategies.
- Analyse data from A/B tests to provide insights, meaningful suggestions, and recommendation on action items.
- Analyze ROI of all campaigns, manage and scrutinise campaign results to determine how best to allocate budget to continuously improve user acquisition results.
- Proactively find new opportunities for growth and efficiency gains.
- Develops a total understanding of online target audience and behaviors.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns.
- Devise a campaign timeline, schedule and ensure they are maintained at the highest level of
quality and efficiency.
- Manages client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients’ attention before they become
problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays.
