**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Financial Planning**: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- **Budgeting & Forecasting**: Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
- **Taxation & Compliance**: Ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax laws, corporate filings, and statutory audits.
- **Cash Flow & Treasury Management**: Monitor working capital, manage liquidity, and optimize banking relationships.
- **Risk Management**: Identify financial risks, implement internal controls, and develop mitigation strategies.
- **Fundraising & Investor Relations**: Manage capital raising efforts (debt/equity), liaise with investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor the finance & accounts team to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficiency.
- **Business Partnering**: Work closely with other departments to evaluate financial performance and support operational strategies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Qualified **Chartered Accountant (CA)** with at least **10-15 years of post-qualification experience**, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record as a CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance leader in [industry - e.g., manufacturing, IT, start-ups, etc.].
- Strong knowledge of **Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and FEMA regulations.**:

- Hands-on experience in **financial modeling, MIS reporting, ERP systems, and compliance management.**
