Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Location: Chennai Experience: 15+ Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant We're looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer for our Client - a system integrator and turnkey tech provider to Indian government programs . As our CFO, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of our company , contributing to the development of our financial and operational strategy, KPIs, and the ongoing development and monitoring of the financial system . As the CFO, your responsibilities would be: Financial Strategy: Drive overall financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to support business growth. Budgeting & Analysis: Lead annual budget preparation, variance analysis, and performance reporting to senior management. Operations & Controls: Oversee accounting, cash flow, internal controls, and ensure robust financial governance. Fundraising & Investor Relations: Manage fundraise processes, banking relationships, credit appraisals, and investor communication. Risk & Cost Management: Mitigate financial risks, optimize capital allocation, and drive cost efficiency. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and statutory requirements. CSR & Governance: Oversee CSR fund utilization, documentation, audits, and compliance frameworks. Requirements Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of modern accounting standards and financial practices. Fundraising Expertise: Proven track record in capital raising and investor engagement. Adaptability: Agile in navigating both growth and restructuring phases. Leadership & Communication: Strong executive presence with clear, confident communication skills. Venture Mindset: Collaborative, accountable, and growth-driven — thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments.
