**Location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore**

The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. They oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, compliance, and investment strategy. The CFO provides strategic direction to the organization to ensure financial stability, growth, and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:1. **Strategic Financial Leadership**
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, risk management, and investment opportunities.
- Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

2. **Financial Operations & Control**
- Oversee all financial functions including accounting, budgeting, auditing, taxation, and treasury.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
- Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

3. **Budgeting & Forecasting**
- Lead the budgeting process and collaborate with department heads.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies.
- Prepare detailed financial forecasts and business models.

4. **Risk Management**
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage insurance, legal compliance, and internal audits.

5. **Stakeholder Management**
- Build relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Report to board of directors on company financial performance and strategy.
- Liaise with investors and ensure transparent communication.

6. **Team Leadership**
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Promote continuous improvement and professional development.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior financial leadership role.

- Proficient in financial software (ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.)
