**Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**

For the past two decades, **Sri Vanguard Imports America Inc**has been serving the Indian community in the United States of America by offering fresh flowers, Indian traditional items and home decors for various occasions such as family weddings and Indian festivals. Currently, there are over 20 retail outlets in seven cities across the USA, along with an online presence, and plans are in place for expanding by opening more stores. The procurement and export activities to the US, financial operations, accounting tasks, customer service calls handled by a call center, and other responsibilities relating to the stores are managed by the India office situated in Dindigul.

Currently, we are seeking a **Chief Financial Officer** to join our team at our **Dindigul Office**. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company in both India and the USA, which includes financial planning, reporting, analyzing statements, and providing insights to drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Examine, evaluate, and oversee all financial activities and offer suggestions to the management for business improvement.
- Tax planning and advice to the management.
- Prepare forms and financial documentation including balance sheets & Profit and Loss Accounts of all the group companies in India and USA.
- Prepare budgets and financial plans and advice to the management for business improvement.
- Finalise tax reports for submission to the various government entities.
- Validate financial statements and financial transactions by auditing.
- Identify potential discrepancies and reconcile them by collecting and analyzing data.
- Preparing and issuing various reports based on the need by the management.
- Research state laws and update procedures/documentation as needed

**Essential requirements**:

- **Qualification: CA - Chartered Accountants or MBA (Finance)**:

- **Experience**:More than 5 years (**Manufacturing/ Export/ Corporate Industry - Preferred )**:
