Key Responsibilities

- Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Strategic Leadership: Working with the CEO and other executives to set financial goals, identify growth opportunities, and make strategic decisions regarding investments and funding.
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks, and ensuring the organization's financial stability.
- Team Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team.
- Stakeholder Relations: Maintaining strong relationships with banks, investors, and other stakeholders, and presenting financial information to the board of directors.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is typically required.
- Certifications: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification is often preferred.
- Experience: Extensive experience in accounting and senior financial management is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are crucial for analyzing data and making sound financial decisions.
- Age limit 30 below
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in financial software and accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) is necessary.

Leadership Skills: The ability to lead, mentor, and develop a finance team is important.

Pay: ₹41,799.08 - ₹153,885.22 per month
