**Job Summary**: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee all financial operations, strategic planning, and fiscal management of the organization. This role involves leading budgeting, forecasting, fund management, financial reporting, and investor relations to bring strong business acumen, leadership skills, and experience within the media and entertainment ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and manage all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and analysis. - Oversee accounting, budgeting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and audit compliance. - Develop and implement robust financial controls, MIS reporting, and cost optimization strategies. - Manage cash flow, working capital, investments, and ensure adequate liquidity for operations. - Partner with the CEO and leadership team in strategic decision-making and business expansion. - Handle fundraising, investor relations, and financial due diligence for new ventures or acquisitions. - Collaborate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance. - Provide financial insights for production budgets, content investments, and project P&L. - Oversee payroll management, vendor payments, and contract reviews. - Drive automation and ERP system implementation to streamline financial processes. **Requirements**: - CA / CPA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification. - 12-20 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles. - Proven expertise in financial strategy, audits, taxation, and compliance. - Experience in media, OTT, or entertainment domain preferred. - Strong understanding of MIS, analytics, and cost management. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Tally / Oracle) and MS Office tools. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Life insurance Work Location: In person
