We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and oversee all financial aspects of our operations.

**Job Summary**:
The CFO will play a critical role in the strategic management of the company, ensuring financial integrity, fostering growth, and supporting strategic initiatives. This individual will be responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and investment strategies while navigating the unique challenges of the aerospace and defense sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Strategy & Leadership**:

- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.
- Collaborate with other executives to shape business strategy and direction.

**2. Financial Management**:

- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Manage financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, including defense contracting laws.

**3. Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including quarterly and annual statements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to guide decision-making.

**4. Capital Management**:

- Manage company’s capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Develop investment strategies to maximize returns.

**5. Team Leadership**:

- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team to build a high-performance culture.
- Foster collaboration across departments, promoting financial literacy throughout the organization.

**6. Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including investors, board members, and government entities.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.

**7. Compliance & Governance**:

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards relevant to the aerospace and defense industry.
- Oversee internal controls and risk management processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in aerospace and defense.
- Strong understanding of the financial landscape and regulatory requirements of the defense sector.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹180,000.00 per month
