Front Office Executive

- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention on call.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the team and management.
- Keep updated records and files.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
- Maintain a filing system of all required documents.
