**Sales & Customer Handling**:

- Respond to international sales inquiries and build strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with clients on orders, shipments, and payments.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s global reach.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract details with buyers.

**Export Documentation & Logistics**:

- Prepare and manage export documents such as **Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Certificate of Origin (COO), and other shipping documents**.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, customs, and shipping lines for smooth shipment execution.
- Ensure all export documentation complies with international trade regulations.
- Track shipments and update buyers on delivery timelines.

**Coordination & Compliance**:

- Work closely with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Stay updated with INCOTERMS, international trade laws, and export-import policies.
- Maintain proper records of sales contracts, orders, and shipment details.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong English communication (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of **export documentation, international shipping, and trade regulations**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Ability to negotiate and manage customer relationships.
- Multitasking and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
