Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Completing same day Joining & Relieving formalities, manage attendance, leave records for employees at the site.
  • Execution and maintenance of HR policies and practices at site by coordination with HR department at HO.
  • Look after House Keeping, repairs and maintenance of a site office, staff quarters and other installations situated in or around the project site.
  • Look after needs of the employees in relation to various facilities provided by the company as per the terms of their employments.
  • Handle staff complaints at site, grievances as per the communication with HR department at (HO)and implement disciplinary procedures.
  • HR and Admin both area management
  • Coordination in liaison work (If required)
  • Site administration: Vehicle usage monitoring, camp management, other administration work.
