**Position Overview**: As an Astro Telemarketer, you will be responsible for providing personalized astrological consultations and services to clients over the phone. Your role will involve interpreting astrological charts, providing insights, and recommending appropriate astrological remedies to enhance the lives of our clients. You will contribute to our mission of helping individuals navigate life's challenges through the wisdom of astrology.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to offer astrological consultations and services.
- Interpret birth charts and astrological data to provide accurate insights into clients' personalities, relationships, career paths, and life events.
- Listen actively to clients' concerns and questions, and provide empathetic and insightful responses.
- Customize astrological advice and remedies based on clients' specific needs and circumstances.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including birth chart details, consultation notes, and follow-up actions.
- Continuously update knowledge of astrological principles, planetary movements, and astrological remedies to provide the most accurate and up-to-date guidance.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance overall service quality.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
