BNC is hiring for the post of Tele Caller Executive for Paharganj, Delhi location.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
- Follow a prepared script to provide accurate information and engage customers in conversation.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our products/services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, sales, and customer feedback.
- Any Graduate with 1 year experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in customer service or sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication skills is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
