**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our products/services
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert prospects into customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide information about products/services and address any concerns or questions
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with existing customers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving sales performance
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a productive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
