About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answering queries, and generating sales or leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions clearly.
  • Generate leads and maintain follow-ups to close sales.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and guide them effectively.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
  • Provide accurate information and offer solutions based on customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional languages).
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
  • Ability to handle rejections and work under targets.
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
  • Experience in telesales, BPO, or customer service is an advantage (but not mandatory).
