**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive **Executive Sales: Tele Calling & Social Media** **lead conversion** to support our marketing and client acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing clients over the phone to inform them about our beauty and salon services, promotions, and to schedule appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote salon services and offers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or walk-ins.
- Follow up on leads received through digital campaigns, social media, and referrals.
- Maintain a record in salon lead management software for Leads generated thru social media/ other channels, calls made, responses received, and appointments scheduled, footfall generated and revenue generated.
- Share details of services like hair care, skincare, bridal makeup, spa treatments, etc.
- Answer basic client queries and redirect complex questions to the salon manager.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through courteous and consistent communication.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and booking / footfall targets.
- Provide feedback to management on client trends and suggestions for improvements in services or promotions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 12th pass; a diploma in beauty/wellness or marketing is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in **Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
