*Key Responsibilities:*
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Manage inbound inquiries from customers through phone calls.
- Provide product and service information to customers and answer their questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate them to the relevant department if necessary.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.

*Requirements:*
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
