Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing queries and providing information on banking products and services.
- Assist customers with transactions, account details, and general banking support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring confidentiality of client information.C
- ross-sell and upsell relevant banking products such as credit cards, loans, or insurance plans to increase revenue.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions and transactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet performance metrics, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, security standards, and regulatory norms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,060.07 - ₹35,797.93 per month
