**Role** **:Phone Banking Officer**

**Experienced : CTC Upto 5 L For Fresher : CTC Upto 2.50 LPA Fixed.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries about account information, transactions, and other banking products via phone.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
- Provide support on internet banking, mobile banking, and other digital services.
- **Product Knowledge and Promotion**:

- Educate customers about various products and services offered by the bank.
- Identify potential cross-selling and upselling opportunities, promoting relevant banking products based on customer needs.
- **Account Management and Transaction Support**:

- Assist with account-related requests, such as balance inquiries, statement generation, fund transfers, and more.
- Help customers with account maintenance, including updating contact information and enabling or disabling services.
- **Problem Resolution and Escalation**:

- Address complaints or issues related to banking services, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments if needed.
- Ensure effective follow-up on unresolved queries to provide seamless service.
- **Compliance and Data Security**:

- Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information, adhering to the bank’s policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with banking guidelines and quality standards to minimize risk and ensure high service standards.
- **Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.

**Other Details**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems, banking software, and Microsoft Office.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to resolve customer complaints with patience and a positive attitude.
- **Adaptability**: Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling high call volumes and diverse customer needs.
