**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Provide product/service details and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to close sales.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Adapt to changing scripts and strategies based on business needs.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)** - Mandatory.
- Prior experience in **telesales, customer support, or call center operations** is preferred.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes efficiently.
- Comfortable working **night shifts (US time zones)**.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High energy and self-motivated individual with a customer-centric approach.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
