**CRM Executive - Payment Collection (US Clients)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact US clients via phone to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while ensuring timely collections.
- Address client queries related to payments and resolve disputes effectively.
- Keep accurate records of payment status, follow-up actions, and client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update payment statuses and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Provide regular reports on collection progress and outstanding dues.
- Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines while handling financial transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in payment collections, customer service, or CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
- Comfortable working in US time zones.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
