**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make **outbound calls** to potential and existing customers to provide **product/service information, resolve queries, and follow up on inquiries**.
- Handle **inbound customer queries** and assist them with relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the **CRM system**.
- Follow up on **customer feedback, complaints, and service issues** to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Educate customers about new **products, services, offers, and promotions**.
- Work closely with the **sales and after-sales support team** to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly **call and conversion targets**.
- Ensure adherence to **company policies and compliance guidelines** while interacting with customers.
- Maintain a **positive, professional, and customer-centric approach** during all interactions.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Graduate or equivalent** qualification in any field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in telecalling, customer service, or sales support.
- **Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).**:
- Strong **customer handling and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently**.
- Proficiency in using **CRM software, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)**.
- Comfortable working in **target-driven and fast-paced environments**.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
