**Roles and responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Management**
- Respond to inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a high response rate.
- Collaborate with the sales team to customize offers as per client requirements.

**Quotation & Documentation Handling**
- Prepare **quotations, sales orders, and pricing proposals** based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in pricing and product availability.
- Maintain systematic records of quotations and customer interactions.

**Marketing & Business Development**
- Research market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
- Support in creating marketing materials and presentations.

**Client Relationship & Negotiation**
- Engage with clients professionally, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Persuade and negotiate pricing or terms while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field**.
- **1-3 years of experience** in inside sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- **Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English**.
- Strong **convincing and negotiation skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software**.
- Ability to **multitask, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
