**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive **Inside Sales Executive** to join our growing team. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy connecting with people, and love achieving goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Call potential customers from the leads provided.
- Understand their business challenges and schedule software demos.
- Deliver simple, clear, and compelling product demonstrations.
- Address customer queries and explain the time-saving benefits of Suvit.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into paying customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and earn performance rewards.
- Adhere to our structured sales process (SOP).
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers post-sale.

**Key Skills Required**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in **Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales**.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable engaging with customers over phone and video calls.
- Proficiency in **Hindi and English** (both required).
- Self-motivated and target-driven (with full support from our team).

**Educational Qualification**:

- Graduate from a recognized university.
- **Freshers with MBA or M.Com** backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
